You can cancel free of charge if:
- It’s within 2 hours of booking
- It's more than 20 working days before your event
Cancellation charges apply if:
- Less than 4 working days’ notice: full fee
- Events with 11–20 attendees: full fee with fewer than 9 days’ notice
- Events with 21+ attendees: full fee with fewer than 19 days’ notice
