Once your Cowork All Access membership is active, you can book a hot desk any time using our app.

You’re welcome to secure a spot in advance — especially if you’re heading to a popular location — or simply drop in and grab any available desk during opening hours. It’s all about what’s convenient for you.

Absolutely. Cowork All Access was created with flexible workers in mind. Our 5- and 10-day plans are ideal if you only need a desk now and then — no long-term setup required.

Plus, when you sign up, you’ll receive 10% off additional bookings made through the app, including access to meeting rooms, private offices, and extra desks for your teammates. You can also easily manage your bookings and payments in one place.

Cowork All Access gives you access to shared hot desks, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis — so we can’t guarantee the same desk will be available every day.

That said, feel free to speak to the community team onsite. If the same space is available, they’ll do their best to help you use it consistently.

Unused coworking days don’t roll over. Your access resets each month based on your plan — so we recommend using all your available days before the month ends.

As a Cowork All Access member at Spaces, you and your team have access to a wide range of shared amenities, including:

Yes — you can upgrade your plan at any point if you need more access.

If you’re looking to change or reduce your membership, just let us know when it’s time to renew and we’ll help adjust your plan.

Your membership can begin on any day of the month. We align billing with the calendar month, so your first invoice will be prorated to cover the time between your start date and the end of that month.

For example, if you start on March 15, you’ll be billed from March 15 to March 31, then your full membership term (e.g., 6 or 12 months) will begin on April 1.

No — Cowork All Access gives you access to shared hot desks, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll choose an available desk when you arrive.

If you need a permanent setup with your own desk every day, a dedicated desk membership would be a better fit. It gives you a reserved space that’s always waiting for you, complete with personal storage and setup flexibility.
