Is catering available for longer interviews or hiring days?

Yes. If you’re running an extended interview session or hosting candidates for several hours, we can organise coffee service, snacks, or full catering. Just give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make the right arrangements.

What if my interview runs longer than expected?

If the room is free after your scheduled time, we’ll extend your booking and update the timing. To avoid surprises:

  • Consider adding a buffer when booking
  • Let us know in advance if your schedule may run over
  • We can also arrange a lounge or nearby room if you need to continue elsewhere

What is your cancellation policy for interview room bookings?

You can cancel your booking without charge if:

  • It’s within 2 hours of making the reservation
  • It’s more than 20 working days before the session

Later cancellations may be subject to charges:

  • Less than 4 working days’ notice: full fee applies
  • For sessions with 11–20 people: full fee with under 9 days’ notice
  • For sessions with 21+ people: full fee with under 19 days’ notice

Can I book an interview room by the hour or for a full day?

Yes. Interview rooms are available by the hour, half day, or full day — with discounts automatically applied for longer bookings:

  • Morning (9:00–13:00): 20% off
  • Afternoon (13:00–17:00): 20% off
  • Full Day (9:00–17:00): 30% off

Hours may vary slightly by location. Check with your local team for details.

Can I book a room for multi-day interviews or hiring periods?

Absolutely. Whether you’re hiring for a new department or running an executive search, we can reserve the same space for multiple days to maintain consistency. We’ll also help coordinate scheduling and candidate flow.

Yes. We can provide larger rooms, additional materials, and flexible setups for assessments, roleplay scenarios, or panel-style group evaluations. Let us know the structure of your session and we’ll set up the space accordingly.
