The Women in Leadership Symposium at the Ivey Tangerine Leadership Centre

Fotini Iconomopoulos (MBA) has decades of experience working with executives in male-dominated business environments and consistently works with executives and their teams on high stakes negotiations. When not with clients she is also a Schulich School of Business MBA professor. We’re combining her experience and research with Dr. Katie Higginbottom’s research and knowledge about Women in Leadership, acquired at Harvard Business School and the University of Toronto, to create a dynamic Women in Leadership Symposium that will both inspire and equip women to take on their next leadership challenge. Women will learn to harness their leadership differences,

and leverage the unique strengths that women bring to the table, to empower them to be the most authentic and effective leaders possible.

8:30am -4:30pm.

Breakfast, lunch and assorted refreshments will be provided.
