Workshop Mindful Digital Barcelona

In the workshop you will learn how you can affect your mindstates. We practice different techniques to keep yourself focussed, feel les distracted, and be more productive. You will learn how your mental and physical states get influenced by external stimuli – like social media, verbal and non-verbal language, and other forms of modern communication – and how to feel more ‘in control’ and keep your attention fixed.

Expect a fun and interactive workshop and don’t be surprised if you find yourself psyched to go to work on Monday.
