Sopria Steria is hosting a workshop in lean startup and lean thinking in cooperation with Spaces.
More and more businesses say they want to use design-based thinking and different methods to be as lean as possible to challenge their day-to-day mission and solve problems in new ways.
The workshop will cover what the definition of lean working is, we will go through lean and lean-startup history and look into the principles of businesses’ powers to make good decisions in projects. This includes all the challenges businesses meet in a growing digital world. Lean thinking can be used in all types of projects that involve uncertainty – so this will be valuable learning.
