Traditionally in Spain, the financing route to start business projects, in addition to family support, has been to go to traditional banking. Currently, the bank credit market has not returned to pre-crisis levels and bank credit is much more expensive. This means that many business projects have very limited access to traditional financing or can’t afford the implementation. This forces them to go to other alternative financing channels.
The workshop will try to expose the current legal situation of these alternative financing channels in Spain.
