Ten-week Yoga Course

This yoga course would be appreciated especially by clients with a sedentary job.

The aim of the exercise is to learn the correct movement and it starts from the correct setting of supports. The goal is to relax your back and regenerate the spine, stretch the shortened muscles of the torso, strengthen in places where the muscles are slack and do not provide good support for the spinal skeleton.

We focus on the breath and its harmonization with movement.

It is suitable for beginners and you can expect spinal exercises, compensatory exercises and longer stamina in each position with an emphasis on proper execution.

The lessons are held in Czech.

Join us every Thursday in the gym on the 3rd floor, starting date – February 20.
