Relax with band yoga.

Power Yoga

We are pleased to invite you on Thursday, October 5 at 6:30 pm at Band Yoga in collaboration with Space Oasis ASD.

Band Yoga combines the three principles of Myofascial Release: a gentle and constant pressure using soft balls, intuitive rebounds to re-circulate water and vital energy and ultimately self-correction movements within traditional yoga poses.

During the class we will alternate yoga positions, with spontaneous movements during which we will rediscover freedom of expression, and we will use soft balls in precise points to dissolve tensions and increase our body awareness.

A simple, meditative discipline, suitable for everyone.

We recommend comfortable clothing and that you bring your personal mat.

We are waiting for you!
