Let’s hang at the Barre

Come get your rocking summer body with this ballet-inspired fitness workout. Taking the best bits out of ballet, yoga and pilates, and combining them into one full-body exercise, Barre is the way to go this year. Don’t forget to bring your fitwear.

There will be three Monday sessions; the 13th, 20th and 27th of March, at Zuidas 201.
