Come and have breakfast with Ofiyogi, the start-up that introduces yoga into the office.

We know that working sitting for hours on end in front of a computer screen causes stress, tension and muscular rigidity. This method is specifically designed to relieve and relax those parts of your body, resulting in an improvement in the quality of life in the office.

With the aim of improving life in the office, these yogi-masters invite us to discover their method by offering a “yoga in the chair” class . They also invite us to have breakfast together. Total win!
