Aristotle is one of the most influential thinkers of all time and he teaches us rhetoric; the art of influencing others. How can you influence people by using (1) rational thinking, (2) emotions and (3) your personality? Philosopher Remko van Broekhoven will teach you this fine art.

About the speaker

Remko van Broekhoven is a political philosopher . In 2007 he published Staat van tederheid, about love as a political force; In 2011 his book about personal development and social change Verbeter de wereld, begin om halfelf went into print. In 2016 he published his dissertation on journalism in a democracy, De bewaker bewaakt. He was featured on the TV-show Durf te denken, with a television lecture on Marx, Remko was also a guest on the TV-show ‘Het Filosofisch Kwintet’.
