Participants will learn proper cupping techniques using certified cupping tools and protocols and how to define the taste profiles of coffees. Participants will also learn about the coffee processes from distinctly different coffee regions, cup these coffees, and learn to describe the flavours of the coffees. They will also learn how to discern good coffee from bad coffee, and discover how to appreciate coffee in terms of Acidity, Body, Mouthfeel, among other flavours.
