Save the date – The next Start-Up Weekend in Geneva is from the 1st to the 3rd of December 2017 in the new co-working offices at Spaces.
48 hours to create your business! Open to everyone, the participants take a weekend to transform an idea into a start-up.
The participants will come together to test their idea or join a start up which interests them. During the weekend, the participants will work together to deal with the problems that a real start up must face.
Throughout the weekend, they will be accompanied and helped by professionals to begin their project, to learn new skills and improve their understanding of the business world! On Sunday evening, during the final public presentations, the best projects will see themselves rewarded by a panel of experts.
What is a Start-Up Weekend? A Start-Up Weekend is 3 days in the universe of a start-up: The Weekend begins with an open session where participants pitch their ideas (60 seconds), the best ideas are then selected and teams are formed on Friday evening. Next, the teams develop these projects over the whole weekend before ending on Sunday afternoon with presentations to a panel that will elect the best projects presented.
