With construction well underway, Spaces Hofplein will open in February 2016. What better way to introduce ourselves to the city of Rotterdam, than to host a big Block Party? So what do you do with an empty building and parking deck? You invite the tastiest food trucks and makers, cool artists and local goods makers.
