We are happy to welcome esteemed guest Hector Ortiz to come speak for tonight’s topic: Advanced Analytics and Lean Digital Transformation Framework. He will discuss the application of Lean Business Framework to create new revenue streams. New revenue streams are based in Monetization of Data applying ML and advanced analytics models.
About the speaker
Hector is an experienced executive and passionate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business development, strategy definition, and operations in the IT industry. He has managed multi-functional teams, nearshore operations and global contracts with Fortune 500 enterprises in the Americas and globally. As an “off-road” IT expert—he has no hesitation jumping from advisory and consulting to hands-on tactical actions during definition, prioritization, organizational structure and roll-out of digital transformation initiatives.
Previously, Hector founded Mindfree, a Digital Transformation boutique services firm, and in 2017 merged it with major satellite telecommunication company to create an end-to-end digital transformation business solutions portfolio (IoT, Big Data, and Security as a Service solutions).
Hector has been an active participant in IT organizations in Mexico and the US aimed to promote IT industry growth. He is the former President and founder of Nuevo Leon IT Council (CSOFT Mty), former member of Grupo Financiero Banorte Northeast Regional Council, former professor for Electronic Commerce Lecture at ITESM Virtual University, and former Member of Worldwide Advisory Council for Microsoft Consulting Services.
