Check out Virginia’s new location in Alexandria’s historic Old Town

Located right on the other side of the Potomac River, just minutes away from hustling D.C., you will find the calm and historic city of Alexandria. The city is a breath of fresh air, with its cobbled streets and preserved buildings from the 18th and 19th century. Backdropped with the picturesque, vibrant waterfront.

Spaces Duke Street, Virginia

Right in the heart of Alexandria’s historic Old Town, Spaces just opened a new location: Spaces Duke Street. Located just a stone-throw away from bustling King Street – also known as one of the ‘Great Streets’ of America. This is the third location opening in Virginia, so from now on, you can alternate your Spaces work spots to get your creative juices flowing.

The third floor of the newest Spaces location (Duke Street) is bright and spacious. It offers 30,000 square feet of unique, flexible co-working space. And the location is easy to reach, since it’s only a stone’s throw away from King Street Metro station and VRE commuter rail links.

Stroll down King Street

Is it time for a break? Get out of the office and head to the nation’s Oldest Farmer’s market, where you grab a local roasted coffee or taste one of the local baked goods. Or, take a stroll down King Street and do some window-shopping. You can also stretch your legs and head up to the waterfront to soak up some Vitamin D and clear your head. The neighbourhood is packed with independent local businesses, arts & crafts stores, vintage clothing shops and historic hotspots with cosy outdoor patios. The latter is perfect for some post-work drinks on a hot summer afternoon.

A great (new) place to call home

The new Alexandria office will complement the other two Virginia locations, joining Arlington’s modern Artisphere branch, close to Freedom Park but with high-speed links into DC, and Spaces Wiehle Metro in Reston, which covers the Dulles Corridor. This modern designer workspace with its free-spirited vibe is already proving popular with local businesses and entrepreneurs, thanks to its direct access to Wiehle Reston East Metro on the Silver Line, enabling travel into DC’s business district in less than an hour.

We have another Spaces location opening in McLean by the end of 2019. But first, it’s time to let your business grown amidst the small-town-charm of Alexandria.

See what Spaces can offer you and your business in Virginia and DC. Fuel your creativity and join the new way of working.
