Release Your Employees’ Inner Entrepreneurship

Duncan Oyevaar, Spaces member

Published financial writer and Spaces member Duncan Oyevaar will deliver a masterclass this autumn on how to release the entrepreneurship inside all your employees and positively engage your staff with the financial aspect of your company. Simultaneously, Duncan is celebrating the launch of his book “The Power of Open-Book Management”, which describes the four principles of this methodology. The premise is that an organisation is an organism that can survive if it adapts to changing circumstances, through eight steps necessary to ensure your organisation continuously learns and improves.

In this masterclass held in October, Duncan will also describe an example of an organisation that goes through the eight steps, while running into challenges along the way, and will equip you with the skills to steer your business in the right direction, through successful application. Open-book management sets out a way of working that strengthens the responsibility of the line of organisation to the shop floor, by giving people insight into their contribution to the wider community so that their personal responsibility to the results of the group are increased.

The first 20 attendees will receive a copy of his new book. To find out more and reserve your tickets, keep an eye on our event page.
